Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone is different from their glasses prescription to their age and even their visual goals. That's why Envision Laser Centers offers a free LASIK consultation to see how the benefits and risks of LASIK apply to you, individually.

After the consultation, a complete eye exam must be performed to determine LASIK candidacy. In order to have a good outcome, you must be a good LASIK candidate both physically and mentally. The following list should only be used as a guideline for LASIK candidacy.

• Normal Ocular Health   --   Find out more: Eye Care

LASIK SECRET #2

Most national LASIK chains are concerned only with profit of the company. They use high pressure sales tactics and misleading advertisersing to make more money. Their interest is not in the best interest of the patient, which should be the first goal of a medical practice. Under the pressure of the corporate structure, many Surgeons perform surgery on patients whom they would not treat in their own private practice!
