Celebrating our 5th anniversary, Envision Laser Centers is giving away FREE LASIK procedures to 3 lucky fans! You are able to enter via the our Contacts Page or at the ballpark where sign-ups will be posted from June 5th through August 13th. As before, even if you have LASIK at Envision Laser Centers from June through August, you are still eligible to win. We will give you a full refund of your LASIK procedure. People who attend a free LASIK consultation will have their names entered into a separate drawing for an additional chance to win FREE LASIK! Winners will be announced at the Curve home game Thursday August 27th. 3 finalists will be chosen and are expected to be in attendence for the drawing at the game. So register on our Contacts Page or at the park for your chance to win the gift of sight. It's absolutely free and besides your glasses, what do you have to lose?

In honor of their accomplishment, Envision Laser Centers is giving away a Free Custom LASIK procedure in March! To enter, all you have to do is attend a Free LASIK Consultation by February 28th to be entered into the drawing. Envision Laser Centers has teamed up with Country Singer Ricky Lee and the Lion's Club to give you 3 chances of winning FREE LASIK!

Starting June 4th and ending on August 30th @ the American Freedom Concert @ Lakemont Park in Altoona, there will be at least 3 winners of FREE LASIK by Envision Laser Centers! 3 WAYS TO WIN FREE LASIK!

Winner #1 will be drawn from people who donate old prescription glasses and sun glasses to the local Lion's Club that recycles them for underpriveledge people (children glasses are especially needed). We know the importance of good vision and want you to share in the joy of helping others to see.

(Lion's Club drop boxes are at our locations, just use our tags to put your name, phone number and e-mail address and attach to your glasses. It's that easy! The more glasses you donate, the better your chances of winning.)

Winner #2 will come from attending the American Freedom Concert to be held @ Lakemont Park in Altoona on August 30th featuring Country Singer Ricky Lee. A portion of the proceeds will go to the VFW to help U.S. Veterans.

(You will fill out your ticket stub and the winner will be chosen during the show!)

Winner #3 will be drawn from anyone who has a FREE LASIK consultation at any of our locations from May 1 through August 30th! Even if you have surgery and we draw your name, you will be refunded the entire amount!

You can only win one time, but you can triple your chances by entering all three ways! All 3 winners will be announced during Ricky Lee's American Freedom Concert.

SEEING IS BELIEVING PROMOTION HELD AUGUST 5TH, 2006

Envision Laser Centers gave away not one, but FIVE FREE LASIK procedures to people who entered our "Seeing is believing" contest. Two finalists, ANDREA ROSE and FRANK TRENNEY, agreed to have their procedure done that night and came back to tell of their experience to over 8,000 CURVE fans!

*Must be 18 years or older to enter. Any prize is non-transferable. If person is deemed non-candidate for free LASIK winner, another winner will be chosen from the list of entries.
